Hello!
I am glad that you had
such a fun week full of service and activities.
Our friend Bruder K came
to church again this week, we were so excited. He even came an hour early to
visit a baptism that was happening. He is German. We are part of the Spanish
branch but don't have many Spanish friends who are actively investigating. We
also set a baptismal date with our friend H for September 25th. We probably
have 40ish active members in the ward and our boarders are the Heidelberg zone
and a bit of Frankfurt as well, pretty sure. Also, college papers, do I
need to do anything there, or to vote? voting...
This week was really
good, Elder Clemente and I did our best to give everything we had. It is really
hard and really satisfying to fall asleep as you hit the pillow and fight to
get out of bed because of being on the street all day talking to people, or
running to lessons, or fixing things in other missionary apartments. I found a
lot of joy in service and being busy this week. Serving God through serving the
fellow man (Mosiah 2:17).
Inviting the Spirit through obedience and desires to give more, it is very
satisfying to follow promptings and know that we're doing what we need to be
doing.
I will send a bigger
email next week, my week was great, I'm happy, healthy (took a laid back P-Day
today) and hope you all are too!
